Day Two

hoho. today is my turn to blog. Day 2 in Tokyo and our very first full day.

awoke at 8am this morning after a rather sleepless night. darryn and i woke up countless number of times. the radio was on the whole night and at 2:30am it played 'a whole new world'. haha quite gay laa when darryn was sweaty and i was sleeping half naked (it was really warm in the hotel room without aircon) and then a love song starts playing. but a pleasant surprise as we were just listening to tons and tons of unfamiliar songs and then a nice song plays.

anyway, we ventured into the city of tokyo today. while looking for a lawson convenience store to buy our studio gibili tickets. (refer to entry on 11th april, fri) haha. and we didnt expect that lawson is so difficult to find despite so many convenience stores in the area that we are staying.

then we proceeded to tokyo tower in the evening
